Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation requests

To cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible and provide the booking code and the phone number used for the reservation. Refund eligibility is reviewed according to the trip status, services already provided, and any cancellation fee disclosed to the customer.

2. When is a refund available?

• If Egypt Trip cancels the service and no acceptable replacement is provided, the amount paid for the cancelled service will be refunded.
• If the customer cancels before service begins, the refundable amount is reviewed based on cancellation timing, driver assignment/dispatch status, and costs already incurred.
• If service has already begun, or the driver has arrived and the trip cannot proceed because of a no-show or incorrect booking information, the payment may be wholly or partly non-refundable.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and refunded once the transaction is verified.

3. Refund method and timing

For an approved electronic-payment refund, funds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Egypt Trip aims to initiate an approved refund within 7 business days. The amount may take additional time to appear depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Egypt Trip does not control the bank or payment provider's internal processing time after a refund has been successfully submitted.

4. Information needed for a refund request

Please provide the booking code, booking name and phone number, the reason for the request, and any available payment reference. Never send a full card number or CVV by email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
